These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PensionVerdict (the "Site"), operated by CLEADEAL LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What this Site provides

The Site offers general information and interactive self-help tools (such as checklists, calculators, and worksheets) for personal, non-commercial use. The content is educational in nature. Nothing on this Site is professional advice — not legal advice, not financial advice, not tax advice — and using the Site does not create an attorney-client, advisor-client, or any other professional relationship between you and us. Calculator outputs are estimates computed from the figures and assumptions you enter, under the methodology shown on the Site; they are not a recommendation of any course of action.

For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

2. No guarantees

We work hard to keep our information accurate and current, but laws, rules, benefit provisions, and provider terms change. We do not guarantee that any information, calculation, or template on the Site is complete, current, or correct, or that using it will produce any particular outcome. You use the Site and its tools at your own risk and are responsible for verifying anything important — including any figure that affects a pension election or other financial decision — against your plan documents and qualified professional advice before acting on it.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using our interactive tools;
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes;
  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site;
  • Not resell, redistribute, or republish our paid content without written permission.

4. Payments

Some products on the Site require a one-time payment, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). The PensionVerdict Kit is a one-time payment of $39. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, tools, templates, design, and branding — is owned by CLEADEAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. It does not transfer ownership or give you the right to share, resell, or republish it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEADEAL LLC and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its products — including any decisions you make based on the Site's content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEADEAL LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Third-party links and providers

The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
